Texas Culinary Academy
Over the past few months I have been interested in cooking and started doing research into culinary schools, and found some interesting schools with some great information on their site. After some research online I found http://www.tca.edu/.
Texas Culinary Academy offers a ton of programs in different cooking trades including baking and pastry making, which i am particularly interested in. There is plenty of success stories, and insights that make me feel good that a career in Culinary can be a great fit for me.
